This commission is entrusted with the responsibility of creating, reviewing, and updating any ordinances of Richfield Township.

This commission is also responsible for the review and assistance to any new construction or business to ensure that this business will meet the requirements of the Township. This will include ensuring proper zoning and any other requirements of the perspective building or business. This will be done in association with the Richfield Township Building and Zoning departments.
